    Dale Bloom Taylor

    Head Tennis Professional

    Temple University ’94 BA Marketing and Finance. Dale is a certified USPTR Pro and has been here at CCC since April of 2008. Before coming to Cedarbrook CC she was the Head Professional at Plymouth CC for 20 years. Dale was born in South Africa but now lives in Maple Glen with her husband Rick and her daughter Lauren.

    Lee Wexler

    Adult Program

    Lee Wexler played #1 Singles at PWHS from 2005-2008. He was the Suburban One American Champion in Singles and Double in 2008 and was a top 20 Middle States junior before going to college. He began his collegiate career as a #3 Singles player at George Mason University in 2008 before transferring to Bloomsburg University where he was a #2 Doubles and #2 Singles player from 2009-2012. In April 2012 he was named the PSAC Player of the Week and was part of the PSAC Championship in 2012.

    Following college, Wexler achieved a Professional rating through his PTR Certification and taught tennis to players of all ages at Cedarbrook Country Club and Upper Dublin Sports Center before becoming a full time sales professional for an apparel distribution company. He served as the director of Junior Matchplay at UDSC and the Associate Director of Junior Tennis at Cedarbrook Country Club from 2009-2012. This year, he will be teaching on weekends and coaching men on Wednesday nights.

    Dan Porreca

    Daniel Porreca is a rising junior at La Salle College High School where he earned the No. 1 varsity singles position his freshman year, leading his team to the Philadelphia Catholic League Championship and earning league MVP. Daniel is a USTA section ranked juniors competitor, was ranked top 50 in Middle States in 14s and currently competing in 16s. A CCC member since 2014, Dan has enjoyed playing tennis at the club, earning a junior club championship and bringing home wins for the team during inter-club play. This is his second year teaching at CCC.

    Ian Choy

    Ian is currently attending The College of New Jersey where he plans to study political science.  At East Brunswick High School, he played four years of varsity tennis.  He has competed in New Jersey State High School Tournaments and trained with coaches of nationally ranked collegiate programs.  Ian has taught at the Kiddie Keepwell Camp, a camp for underprivileged children for three summers and was the lead professional in 2018.  He currently works at Magarity Tennis in Flourtown and is looking forward to working with his dad, Will and brother, Chris this summer at Cedarbrook.

    Lauren Taylor
    Junior Tennis

    Lauren Taylor has been playing tennis since the age of three and has been teaching for the past 4 years at CCC. She attended CCC tennis camp for several years and loved her time being a part of the CCC tennis team. Now, Lauren is so excited that she gets to teach and make tennis fun for the kids while also preparing them for their matches. She is currently at the University of Pittsburgh studying Political Science and Psychology.
