Robert J. Iannaccone, CEC, CCA
Robert J. Iannaccone is a tenured Executive Chef with outstanding experience in the private club industry. His private club tenure includes Manufacturers' Golf & Country Club, Brookside Country Club of Allentown, and Rehoboth Beach Country Club.
For more than a decade Chef Iannaccone has led culinary teams throughout the region, finally finding his way to Cedarbrook Country Club. Chef Iannaccone has been a winner of the PA Taste of Elegance Competition, awarded as a "Top Chef of the Culinary Coast" and has been featured multiple times as an expert in Club and Resort Business Magazine as well as numerous television programs. He has spent time honing his craft in a variety of settings including as Executive Chef of the Warrington, Consultant for Julabo/Fusionchef, and Adjunct Chef Professor at Northampton Community College.
His keen eye for detail, mastery of sensory profiles, commitment to staff development and an intense drive for guest satisfaction have all helped him to receive numerous accolades, including being a PA Preferred Chef in conjunction with PA Department of Agriculture. While earning these awards is quite special, Chef Iannaccone believes his biggest professional achievement thus far has been becoming an ACF Certified Executive Chef. The designation of an ACF CEC takes years of painstaking experience, hundreds of hours of classroom learning and a demanding practical exam. He plans to begin pursuing the Worldchefs Certified Master Chef designation later this coming year.
What sets Chef Iannaccone apart from his peers is his clear understanding that private clubs are unique, because of the frequency members utilize the club. He is committed to keeping with traditional favorites, while infusing new offerings that provide a versatile menu mix to hopefully energize the membership. When not at Cedarbook, Chef Iannaccone enjoys spending time with his wife and two bulldogs, playing guitar, and fishing. Robert is a valuable leader within the Cedarbrook Country Club team, and a visible contributor to ensuring the member experience continues its evolution forward.
