    Ron Pine

    PGA Head Golf Professional

    Ron Pine joined the Cedarbrook Country Club staff as the PGA Head Golf Professional in February 2021. Prior to his employment at Cedarbrook, Ron was the First Assistant Professional at Aronimink Golf Club in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. Additionally, he has worked as an Assistant Golf Professional at Whitemarsh Valley Country Club in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania and Trenton Country Club in Trenton, New Jersey.

    Ron was born and raised in Bucks Country, Pennsylvania and attended Campbell University in Buies Creek, North Carolina where he received a degree in Professional Golf Management. Ron has been a member of the PGA since 2011. While Ron enjoys all aspects of the golf business, he has a particular passion for Tournament Operations and Club-Fitting.

    Ron and his wife Crystal live in Bucks County and have been happily married since January of 2016. Their daughter, Parker was born in July of 2021.

    Jim Parella

    PGA Director of Player Development

    Jim Parella joined the Cedarbrook Country Club staff as the PGA Director of Player Development in March 2021. He has been teaching for over 20 years with a passion and dedication for helping golfers improve their game. Jim was born and raised in West Norriton, PA where he attended both LaSalle College High School and LaSalle University. He has designed and instructed many developmental programs, women's and corporate clinics in addition to giving thousands of hours of private instruction for all ages. Before joining the team at Cedarbrook, Jim was the Director of Instruction at Play-a-Round Golf and prior to that he worked at other local clubs including Blue Bell Country Club, Squires Golf Club, White Manor Country Club, Bala Golf Club, LuLu Country Club and Valley Forge Golf Club.

    As a proud Member of the PGA, Jim is also a Certified US Kids Golf Coach as well as being AimPoint Certified, a TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) Level 1 Certified Fitness Expert and Level 2 Junior Certified, PGA.COACH/ADM Certified, BodiTrak Certified in Ground Mechanics and Swing Catalyst Certified.

    He has been recognized by US Kids Golf Top 50 Teachers in 2012, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 & 2021 and was nominated for the 2017 Philadelphia PGA Youth Development Award.

    Throughout his career Jim has spent a great deal of time learning to improve his own game while sharpening his teaching skills with some of the highest ranked instructors in the country. He’s worked with Golf Digest’s Top 50 Mike Adams, James Sieckmann, Bernie Najar, Ted Sheftic, Ron Cerrudo and Bud Lewis (Philadelphia PGA Legend). Jim has also completed Ken Venturi’s Golf Academy as well as multiple clinics held by Dave Pelz.

    Dave Roberts

    PGA Assistant Golf Professional

    Dave Roberts began his career at Cedarbrook Country Club in 1990.  Prior to coming to Cedarbrook Dave was an Assistant Golf Professional at Shaker Heights Country Club in Cleveland, Ohio and Port Judith Country Club in Naragansett, Rhode Island.
    During the winter months Dave worked at the St. John’s Island Club in Vero Beach, Florida and the Seminole Golf Club in Seminole Golf Club in North Palm Beach, Florida.

    Dave graduated from Davis & Elkins College in West Virginia with a degree in Marketing/Management and lettered in both Golf and Basketball.

    Dave is a 25-year member of the PGA of America and enjoys teaching, club-fitting, and club-repair.  As an accomplished player he is a former Philadelphia PGA Section Champion, has won multiple times in Philadelphia PGA Section Tournament play, and is the course record holder at the Sunnybrook Golf Club with a 64.

    Andrew Cornish

    Assistant Golf Professional

    Andrew Cornish joined the Cedarbrook County Club staff as an Assistant Golf Professional in April of 2021.  Before joining the staff at Cedarbrook, he attended Penn State Berks in Reading, Pennsylvania.  He played competitively on their golf team and won several individual events, including two wins at Cedarbrook
    Andrew was born and raised in San Diego, California and moved to Montgomery County, Pennsylvania in 2017 with his family.  He graduated from Penn State Berks in 2020 with a degree in Criminal Justice.  Andrew is attending the PGA Professional Golf Management Program to become a PGA Class A Member in the future.

    Andrew is an avid player of the game of golf.  He looks forward to directing tournament operations, assisting in clinics and providing excellent all-around service to the Cedarbrook membership.

    Al DeColli, Caddy Master

    Al joined the Cedarbrook Country Club staff in March of 2015 as the Caddy Master. Prior to Cedarbrook, Al worked at Hidden Creek Golf Club in Egg Harbor Twp. New Jersey for three years as Caddy Master and as Sales and Marketing Director for one year.  He spent time on the grounds maintenance staff at different clubs in South Jersey most notably Pine Valley Golf Club.

    Al was born in Philadelphia and grew up in Washington Township, New Jersey.  He attended Catawba College in North Carolina, received a degree in Sport Management and played on the Golf Team. 

    Currently Al resides in South Philadelphia with his wife Ann, son Dante and their two cats Max and Pebbles. In his free time Al enjoys spending time with his family going to sporting events or local restaurants.
